Where do you ship?
We provide shipping for the United States & Canada via USPS. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days - excluding holidays & weekends.
Can someone from KMI do an in-store shopping appointment with me?
Yes! You can book shopping appointments on our website, and those appointments are available on Mondays, when the Shoppe is closed to the public.

How much is shipping?
All shipping prices are calculated at checkout via USPS.
Do we ship fragile items?
Unfortunately, we do not at this time.
Can we place a special order on items that are out of stock?
We can absolutely take down your contact information and reach out when the item is back in stock. Most of our vendors do not do special orders.
Where can I find my tracking information?
Upon purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email that does not include tracking information. However, once we print your shipping label, you will receive a second email that has that information for you.
To view the status of your order at any time, you can view your order page from the first email you received with confirmation of your purchase.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it with proof of purchase, in original condition. Returns processed after 14 days will be issued store credit.
